About the Role
AURĀE Modern Medical + Spa is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Master Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This position begins part-time, with a clear and supported pathway to full-time employment as patient demand and scheduling needs expand.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about medical aesthetics, patient-centered care, and delivering a refined, high-touch client experience in a modern, wellness-focused environment. The ideal candidate values both clinical excellence and relationship-based care, and takes pride in creating safe, personalized, and results-driven treatment experiences.

The Master Esthetician will perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with AURĀE’s internal protocols, while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, educate them on treatment options, and deliver individualized care that supports confidence, wellness, and overall aesthetic goals within a luxury med spa setting.

Job Structure
Part-time,16+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient intake, assessments, and documentation
  • Microneedling, chemical peel & Diamond Glow treatments
  • Eyelash Extension
  • Eyebrow tint treatments
  • Microblading treatments
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions
  • Ensure all treatments are performed within scope of practice and physician protocols
  • Maintain clear, accurate, & compliant medical records of client sessions & progress
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, professionalism, & energetic integrity of treatment spacs
  • Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support comprehensive, client-centered care
  • Assist with planning, booking, & scheduling client and member appointments as needed 
  • Monitor patients during and after treatments for safety and comfort
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations & the client experience
Required Qualifications
  • National Esthetician Certification (NCEA) and/or Certified Medical Aesthetician (CMA) certification
  • Preferred Established Client Base
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior medical spa or integrative wellness experience
  • Experience, training or certifications in aesthetic devices or other specialized skills
  • Sales-confidence and ability to educate patients on treatment options (no hard selling)
  • EMR/EHR experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 15 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
